Implementing Project Management Basics into an IT Department
IT Departments are not only tasked with running day-to-day operations, they are also responsible for the execution of projects both large and small. Most IT departments don’t have the luxury of retaining career project managers to oversee such projects. Instead, team members are tasked with doing their best with both managing and delivering projects.
